POTM Mobile Pantry
The Peace on the Move Mobile Pantry provides essential food and basic necessities to individuals and families in need in partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. All items will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Date and Time: Saturday 1PM to 4PM
Location: 4000 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30032 (Peace Baptist Church)

COMMUNITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PANTRY
The SUPPLEMENTAL PANTRY targets Seniors 60+ to fill the gap between what people can afford and what they need to maintain a healthy diet. A supplemental food pantry, also known as a supplemental food program or secondary food pantry, provides additional food resources to individuals and families who may already receive some form of food assistance but still struggle to meet their nutritional needs.

POTM Food Donations 2024
POTM Feed the Need is always in need of non-perishable items. Non-perishable food refers to items with a long shelf life and not requiring refrigeration or freezing to maintain their quality and safety. These foods are typically packaged in cans, jars, or other sealed containers to prevent spoilage. Examples of non-perishable foods include canned vegetables, canned fruits, dried fruits, dried beans, rice, pasta, canned meats (such as tuna or chicken), peanut butter, nuts, seeds, and grains like quinoa or bulgur.

Dates and Time: Tuesday - Friday 9AM to 6PM
Location: 4000 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30038 (Peace Baptist Church)
How: Donations can be dropped off in the barrel at the front entrance of Peace Baptist Church.

MOBILE PANTRY
A mobile pantry is a type of food distribution program designed to deliver food directly to underserved or hard-to-reach communities using specially equipped vehicles. These vehicles, often trucks or vans, travel to various locations to provide food assistance to individuals and families who may have difficulty accessing traditional food pantries due to transportation issues, distance, or other barriers.
DETAILS: Once/month | Picture ID Required - Must Be Present | Volunteer time 8:30 am. - 1:30 pm.
